About us
SZTÁV Adult Training Ltd. its nearly half-century history began in 1972 in Budapest. The company was founded with the aim of offering unique solutions to the constantly redefining needs of the industry, promoting quality development work, thus providing a guarantee for the implementation of high-quality international and domestic training projects.
We see the fundamental challenge of our adult educator in the renewal process launched in Hungary in 2019, from which the adult education service provider who gives the most accurate answer to the dynamically changing needs of employers can be the winner, so in the most optimal way, without additional energy and time, to adapt a training and knowledge transfer to the specifics. It sees the future of our company in this, hoping to achieve and continuously maintain the satisfaction of our partners and participants.

Our institution places great emphasis on optimizing the time spent in training. We know that professional preparation, learning pays off for both the employer and the employee if it is effectively implemented and applied in the shortest possible time. We strive to provide marketable knowledge, skills and, of course, the associated qualification with the greatest flexibility, within the framework set by the legislation. For us, the profession is not only a choice covering the duration of active life, but also an opportunity that offers a flexible and individual development solution for all stages and situations of life. Among other things, we feel the social responsibility to serve the smoothing of individual life paths.
The 49 years of our institution's existence have been a continuous development, the experience of which and all the results of this we deservedly offer to our participants and clients. We strive to deliver as much professional and human value as possible to make you one of the outstanding professionals in your profession.
The workshops of SZTAV Adult Trainig Ltd. have a unique fleet of machines, the value of which deserves to make our institution one of the most valuable adult educators in the country.
10 workshops on 800 m2, which provide opportunities to learn and practice 23 different professions.
The central training site has well-equipped workshops such as:

welding training base and examination place certified by the Hungarian Welding Technology and Material Testing Association (MHtE) and ÉMI-TÜV SÜD,

refrigeration workshop in cooperation with an independent cold room system and air conditioning system,

non-destructive testing laboratory (VT, PT, MT)

CNC training machines with several controllers,

driver's, driver's, pedestrian-controlled forklifts and built-up training ground

a practical training room suitable for teaching locksmith professions,

construction training place,

PLC workshop,

electrician workshop.
Our local office and branch offices are also well equipped.

In Szabolcs county, we implement our trainings in cooperation with partner companies, based on the bases in Nyíregyháza and Mátészalka.
